Non- Rally to Restore local economies
A real call to return to the simple life.  We don't need our car much for shopping because we live in town and everything is there on tap including smaller and cheaper food stores.  The result is we spend far less on petrol and food bills.

Re:

Prayer is walking with God. Enoch walked with God and then he was not; the others died. Noah walked with God. Moses led the Israel out of Egypt by walking: walking through the Red Sea, walking in the wilderness. The disciples walked with Christ, their practice being called "The Way". When Jesus rode, he followed Zechariah's mockery of the pomp of riding.

But if you are too proud to walk, how can you walk with God?

I love this idea! The more we walk the less gas used and it will decrease their HUGE profits! sam

A TURN BACK TO GOD AND PRAYER WOULD HELP MORE THAN ANYTHING, THAT WHAT THIS COUNTRY WAS FOUNDED ON, IT USED TO BE "IN GOD WE TRUST" NOW WE DON'T WANT HIM ANYWHERE AROUND, THE SOLUTION SEEMS SO SIMPLE, BUT THE GREATEST MINDS CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE IT OUT.

Re:
We are not even allowed to compete with WalMart because of zoning laws and parking requirements.  The case in California  would not have been out of place here in Jersey. Also, don't get me started about WalMart! Suffice it to say that WalMart is the embodiment of Mercantilism, not Capitalism.

I think it is a big country with room for all, divisions only divide and we must become Americans again. Wal-Mart is Capitalism, and the smaller stores here have found ways to compete with Wal-Mart, and that is Capitalism at it best.
