I live in the country, so it would be at least a 4-5 mile drive to even
get to a blue mail box... the nearest being right outside the post office. lol

They don't encourage recycling here, and unless you are going to drive your recycled cans, bottles etc in, anything you recycle would just get dumped into the back of the same garbage truck anyway, with everything else.  My uncle is on the garbage crew and told us that is how they do it.

We have a newsletter sent to each household telling us of the upcoming events and anything new and newworthy taking place. Will look forward to reading your upcoming posts.

It will be interesting to see how the vacant lots come about! I would imagine houses will eventually be built given the money that can be made on a lot! And I wish more folks would get involved with recycling; it's so easy now! I look forward to the difference you notice in the new neighborhood! interesting in the differences, I cant compare mine old and new as they are totally different
