I agree with you the diet someone is successful at is one that they can achieve and works with their life style, If the goals are unreasonable and it does not fit the life style it fails.

I don't even know how the person can keep the metabolic rate going; I would think the body would interpret it as starving! It may last for a while but then it will fall a part in my humble opinion! I like the way you are doing it, I believe you will enjoy success! sam

The pharmacy has glucose tablets that you can get over the counter
if you feel your blood sugar is low...suck one of these...you will feel great...no weight gain involved and no soda needed. They taste nice too.
