Hi Shobana, with a background of some 25 years in entertainment management and touring live shows, I am reluctant to enter unless I can stage it 'my way', still deciding, I know how I want to be presented...a show in fact and, with that comes musos and stage dressing and so on. Well Suzana I would practise which are the most comfortable to read, Presentation will play a part I feel. You just need to get a foot in the door, you stand as good a chance as anyone so go for it if you want to and good luck .

Where ever you go there is a way to post, I don't believe poets write for this thing or that, but because we have to. Of course you have works that would be fit to read anywhere, yet the ones you will read best are those that are closer to your heart...chose them, but keep writing, and keep posting, that is how we grow...Another thing, don't look for your poetry to support you, you support your poetry. God be with you.
