Some tips: Drink plenty of water because if your body isn't getting enough it retains water by means of water retention and bloats you out. Drinking an extra glass of water before meals will fill you up. Use a smaller plate than a dinner plate so your portions go down in size. Combine exercise with dieting for best results. Aerobic exerrcise such as swimming, dancing or walking are great aerobic exercises. Swimming is the kindest as the water supports your body when you exercise. Replace your snacks with things like apples that are high in fibre and low in calories. Eat a high fibre breakfast or add more fibre to your diet. Always talk through your diet and exercise plans with your doctor before doing them there may be a reason you shouldn't do certain things. :)

I think the important thing is to stick with what is working because a plateau is inevitable! sam

You encouraged me to check my weight and begin again to slim down for spring and summer.
Well, I definitely didn't like what the scales said.

I am not sure if I like the thought of a Hormone diet but stop drinking the
sweet soda pop sounds good. I drink too much diet Coke.
