I haven't bothered with a purse in years and so I am with you on the wallet! I like everything in one place and the wallet does that for me! sam

I have a wallet in my purse. I don't have as much stuff in my purse as I did when I was younger. I had a big bag I could carry alot in. You know, everything but the kitchen sink, lol.

I stopped carrying a wallet after mine was stolen out of my purse by a gypsy pickpocket in Spain. I carry my drivers license, a debit card and bit of cash in my pocket and nothing of great importance in my purse. And you are right, the drivers license is becoming a mess.

Years ago on my 18th a neighbor gave me one of those horrible little purse things where one had to shake the money down onto the lid. I started moaning about it looked like something old misers used. 'Write and thank her.' My Dad said. I pushed the purse on a ledge by the fire and it fell into the flames.

My husband envies my purse but of course won't carry a bag that looks
anything like it. He loves carrying a lot of things, hence the wallet and lots of pockets in shirts, etc.
