Thank you Kabu. I think it's your total understanding of what I'm trying to do that keeps me going on with it. I had no idea how totally painful it all still is until I started writing this. I think I've buried it so deeply within me that I had turned my feelings off like a faucet which isn't good for any of us. We have to deal with things no matter how painful or they just keep resurfacing in one way or another. I'm STILL learning that...............
I can only HOPE that what I'm doing IS helping others in some way....................

hate, it is most destructive to you.
It is amazing how hard it is to forgive ourselves our wrongs and so easy to forget all the good things that we have done.i think you are a beautiful brave and special person to be telling your story like this.
