You are following an excellent plan....food wise and build the exercise
up slowly but consistently and it will help lower the blood pressure, flatten the tummy build up important muscle and eventually help you lose weight. Oh i know how to do it.....I have just not been following my own advice lately.Sigh.

It might be a good idea to build up the exercises gently, start at a small amount and add a few extras per day, but never strain yourself. if your body aches don't push it . Also if you drink a glass of water five minutes before every meal in addition to your normal fluid intake it will hydrate you, and help you not to want a bigger meal portion. Never exercise seven days a week always give yourself one or two days off even if they arn't together. But don't hurt yourself. Keep up the good work. :)
