I have always felt that everything in moderation would satisfy the taste buds and the mind's craving! So sorry you are not doing as well as you had hoped in this new venture! sam

i ate candy and chocolate today and my pants were tighter today than
yesterday. no need to get on the scale i know it says disaster. Sigh.....we will all win and gradually lose the flab. Give the stocks time....you will double your money for sure but the trick is not to panic and sell.

Well just keep at your diet and do your best and you know you are trying. Hope it all gets better. Abdominal exercises help your stomach, but if you are not into that kind of exercise then maybe just the regular exercise of walking or swimming will help see an overall toning with your diet helping your weight loss and healthiness. :)
