O yes, I have had a meltdown or two! Therapy is wonderful, just find a good person to talk to and hopefully they can give you coping skills! sam

well you are heading in the right path. You first acknowledged that you need some help. The second good thing was you made a list! That is really good! And third, you prioritized your list of what was the first important obstacle you are trying to overcome. I say that you take the weight loss goal easier. Why not say in two weeks I would like to lose 5 pounds. Then in four weeks you will like to have lost at least 5 more. This will help you not to be so overwhelmed. The family and spending portion of your goal. You can give yourself a schedule. And promise yourself you will stick with it. You can say from maybe, pm until 9 pm Friday and Saturday nights are family nights. As far as the spending part of it, why not take a notebook with you, when you go to the store. If you see something you want, not what you need or can really, honestly do without. Write down in the notebook. The deal is, you will wait 24 hours before you buy! If you really need it, then get it. First, make sure it's in your budget. If I can help with anything else, let me know. I am online and my business is up and running! good luck!   www.inspirationsbyjo.com

I myself have had meltdowns as well. Like Taps I find them relateable to many people.

Those four problem areas seem to take in just about everything in life.
I've also struggled with them for all of my adult life.  But, struggling with them is better than giving in and giving up.
