fruit is good, a few nuts grapes....low fat fruit yogurt we
have which gives us fruit and calcium....we eat the weight watches meals too but not all the time because one gets sick of them after awhile. they are nutritious...Oh and i have learned that when we binge....go for the fast foods and for me ...cheesecake...ooops.....then we both get irritable, and feel unwell and I think that our bodies are out of tune with our taste buds. Good luck with sorting it out and the reduced but consistent exercise programme sounds fantastic.

You might try making your own frozen meals

Even though those leaner frozen meals can be much better than fast food and such, they are still overly processed.

You might try making things like stuffed cabbage, adding extra rice and some finely chopped veggies into the meat mixture... or any other meat mixture with chopped veggies in it... it will bulk the meat up and allow you to either eat a little more, or eat the same amount as usual with less calories.

You can cook them up and put them in little containers with some frozen veggies and you can put them in your freezer to pull out whenever you want them.

I like your plan of getting good things in the house to eat! You never give up and I admire that so very much! sam

I am glad to read that things are looking and feeling better than yesterday...Once in awhile I get burned out myself.
