Mariss, I read yesterday that walking is a great form of exercise upto 150minutes per week. It cuts down the abdominal fat. I walk too but on the days I don't I just cut down on my food intake...sigh (the melodramatics of losing weight..lol.)

Good luck with that luv, we have been doing Weight Watchers for a year. I have lost 28 lbs but I should be down more than I am but we slacked off a bit and now we are back at it.

I am back on the tough haul of dieting...i have to lose 7 lbs to get back
to where I was. Sigh! Like you I have trouble during the evening.
