I am happy they are both working. I guess you have to say, my car I must use it. I am sorry you are having so much going on in your environment. I would think a change of address would put a stop to someone interfering with the mail. That is certainly an infringement on one's privacy,and it is illegal. Be blessed lady.

I've never been in a place, or lived with anyone else, who opened other people's mail.
