Simply reminded me of preparing food all the time for my soul mate too... hmm, and I miss doing so again for him.

A soul gone solitary....
thanx for your comments last year. I am just now getting back on line after moving , then going thru a battery of chemo trmnts. That particular poem has a special meaning for me, and was written under duress. But the underlying theme is that regardless of the damage and irrepairable scars that love leaves, we can and do get over it,albeit the everlasting lessons do cause us to be a little more wary....which is not neccasarily a bad thing. Hope you are doing and well, and look forward to your comments on my new poetry. Hopefully this time around I can finally produce enough quality to land a publisher ! Ray
