i will just sneak in here and mention that we were out today and ended at a
most beautiful spot beside a frozen lake and had fish and chips and fried Cheesecake.
Oh dear me....but that was before 6.00pm so nothing but water now until tomorrow morn.
I will just sneak out again now.

Add some lemon to that drink, it makes all the difference! Right now I am just trying to focus on eating three times a day! It's still hard! I did manage to eat once today and I made a beef soup so I know I will have dinner! It's early afternoon and I have been to the refrigerator and the pantry but nothing looks good to me! I might fail today but I won't give up! sam
