Sounds great, and I'm certainly gonna look for it. I have on my shelf Hugh Rawson's Euphemisms & Other Doubletalk, Crown Publihers, New York, 1981; I like it because Rawson often spends time examining background and origins of terms, and does it rather well...But of course, I'm sure much has been added in 30 years...
