I love the way you wrote this
it is charming, fun to read, informative, and most of all your personality shines through it. Are you sure that blond didnt have time for lunch?

The vital signs are good ...
...that you wanted to have lunch with an Argentinian

Impressive set of terminology too.

Oof - just the sound of that diagnosis would have me running away and hiding somewhere!! And I'm not a good pain endurer either, so would probably be quite...no, rephrase...VERY grumpy!! You keep your sense of humor - so you have gained my total admiration!!!

The diagnosis sounds like a mouthful..lol..at least amidst all the pain you tell in lightvein Naut. Hope the MRI turns out clear.

I have no medical advice like Kabu's -- which sounds very good to me --
just a bit of sympathy. Pain makes me very unpleasant to be around. I hope you're dealing with it better than I would have, and that it all gets good as new in no time.

That full tear may need to be repaired surgically which is why they want an

MRI I am guessing so that they can tell exactly. Keep it as still as possible in the mean time and don't be afraid to use a pain killer here and there.

Shoulders are used a lot in our everyday goings on and they are very painful when harmed.

How is Jag coping with a hurt Daddy?
