The quality of customer service is a big concern from what I see. So many people have no clue what they are doing and in some instances don't seem to care. Whoever figures it out is going to dominate the industry they belong to.

It does seem that the whole world is in a Customer Service slump. The mentality of Customer Service has changed from the day of my parents, and definitely for the worse.

ACTUALLY DARLING I AM SICK OF TRYING TO TRUST ANYONE THAT
YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE DAYS. I HAVE REALLY LOST INTEREST IN GOING SHOPPING...ME ...THE SHOPAHOLIC AND I DON'T FEEL LIKE LEARNING ANYTHING NEW TO WORK WITH, I AM AFRAID IF I BUY A NEW DEVICE THAT I WON'T GET ANY HELP ONCE I HAVE PAID THE MONEY. NO ONE WANTS TO GIVE ANY SERVICE ANYMORE.

Crummy customer service gets many a business losing money. They do need to train their staff to be more reliable.
