I liked your description of landscapes, heart and country. There is a quiet and simple flow to it and yes,I
miss my mom too. When I wash the dishes or pick a flower her hands are always there to look at.

BEAUTIFUL POEM, SO GOOD TO REMEMBER THE LITTLE THINGS ABOUT THE ONES WE'VE LOVE, ESPECIALLY MOM. HOW I MISS MINE, THE GLIDER ON THE PORCH THAT WE USE TO SIT IN BRINGS HER TO MIND, THE WIND CHIMES THAT WE'RE HERS BLOWING IN THE WIND, SHE SEEMS TO BE EVERYWHERE AND THAT IS NICE, I'D HAVE IT NO OTHER WAY, GOD BLESS YOU.

Lovely poem. It is interesting sometimes to put yourself in the place of your mother when things happen in your life, and as you grow older, and are in similar situations that your parent has been in during their life. Looking at the decisions they made in the circumstances, and what they did and then going through those experiences can be thought provoking. My mother is dead now, and I think of her, and experiences she has experienced; and that I have experienced after her death sometimes. I can relate to your words. Great poem.

I think we all think about the same sort of things in those melancholy places, and I think of us who have lost their mothers always remember them when they find themselves, like their mothers, in a similar place of mind. A wonderful poem well written.
