well not all employers pay you for jury duty....i worked jury duty one day and was paid 15 which 5 went to pay for parking...do the math and you can figure out why many dont want to do it....

A colleague
at my client's workplace just had to do jury service and it took her four weeks in the end because the jurors couldn't agree to the majority verdict the judge was asking for. A case all about money laundering apparently...

I say that the Kabu reasoning makes sense because I can very much relate to it...Shouldn't the powers that be already know if the person they are sending it to is a citizen or not?

I think a lot is the money issue and work being upset and time taken
out and it is just better if someone else does it. LOL
