Hormones and stress. I read an article some time ago that reported on a study that found girls in more stressful home situations developed earlier.

Thank goodness this little girl is in your hands. My sister had finished
growing at 10 and was menstruating as well. ,e just the opposite ...nearly 16 before anything happened for me. Best to get her checked out because they can help her if she does have any problems.
