I like how you brought out the child in this poem CC with a new book and vivid colors and how he is overcome with fear. Excellently written.

I love reading art that deals with the innocence of a child. It is something that many of us can relate to.

What a read.  It definitely takes me back to my babyhood and the beginnings of awareness of conscience and the fear that overwhelmed when I thought of my dad's piercing black eyes or my mom's sad blue ones..
