The sword cuts both ways. For peace or for war. I hope it is used for peace and it cuts out all the war ad suffering

They also cried out "Muslims and Christians, We Are One!!!"
Very nice to promote cohesion, but the exclusion of Jews was purposeful.  Ever since Carter's "Peace, Not Apartheid"  the notion has been brewing that Zionism itself is the enemy, that antisemitism did not exist before it took root.  Most young people here and there can only see Israel as the occupier, not as the quest for safety and self determination that it was and still is. al-Qaradawi has been harshly (and justifiably) criticized by the Anti-Defamation League for promoting violence toward Jews with the comments you noted, Naut, while he hides behind his cloak of anti-Zionism. Yet another revisionist who understands that soon there will be no one left to dispute his "facts."  I only have two thumbs, Naut, here they are.

The gentleman is very misguided in his thinking regarding the Lord; for the Jews are His chosen and His covenant with them will never be broken! He can serve up his rhetoric, but it will not do him any good for it will not happen! He has said they will remain small but mighty! He needs to be prevented from any power whatsoever in my opinion! I wonder if the people that read you realize the favor you do us by  highlighting these political nuances for us. We should all be very thankful and consider ourselves lucky.  I always learn something ,  a scary something most of the time, but still something new  and,  I think,  immensely helpful . I am one who adheres to the believe that one should always get to know one's enemy as well as possible ... so thanks for introducing me to Youssef.  I will certainly remember who he is and what he stands for.  Now... go look at the moon :-)  it is truly amazing tonight... watching it, so mysteriously beautiful,   it seems impossible there could be so much hate in the world.  Be well xoxoxo

Reading these posts of yours makes me have roiling in the pit of my stomach.  "Egypt is free!" they cry out.  I have an idea they will find no absense of obstacles to the realization of their desires.

Another guy that we should not be thrilled about...I'm also wondering how these other revolutions are going to pan out along with this one.

It appears all over the world that many do not know what democracy is, or what a republic is either. These people will never receive peace, it is like holding hot metal in their hands. Another good post.
