Sorry to hear that you have not been feeling well again, Dear Raye
Good that things are looking up, though. Just keep up the positive attitude which is a great healer in itself!

Re:
I had never heard of that Sam; going to try it today as I love honey on my morning toast or in my oatmeal and in tea - have a bottle of it on the table! And you know I have noticed my throat and sinuses/upper airways feel smoother and easier somehow after using it but I never realized it was the honey doing that! I use my inhalers before breakfast, so I attributed it to them. But later in the day when I use them again, minus the honey, I don't get the same kind of smoothing, soothing effect. This is great info., to mix it with water - thank you so much.

I drink a few glasses of water and honey ever day for my asthma! I use a teaspoon of honey and it is amazing the quick and lasting relief I get! sam

Re: Had an office mate with COPD related lung problems, and she
Thank you, Pat. I have been on Prednisone twice, for short periods, Thank goodness! It does help with breathing, but oh the side effects. I have read of people who once started on it, can't stop taking it without a great decline in their breathing. I feel for them and am grateful yet again for small but meaningful mercies..:)

Had an office mate with COPD related lung problems, and she
was helped by Prednisone, but that has its own drawbacks. As Taps said, I hope you're soon able to get outdoors and enjoy a walk. One day at a time.

Re:
I am so behind, CC!..:) Awake in the middle of the night because I needed a treatment; well I am doing not too bad - for me..:) Your comment on the previous post lightened me - it would be great to have 15 more years on this earth - I'd be overjoyed! And you are right, advances in medicine will hopefully help all of us live our maximum and enjoy that time.
Thank you, my friend...

Being behind in reading posts as usual these days, I just now read the last post, the comments and this one. I knew you weren't well, but so sorry to read that it is worse than I dreamed. I walked today out in the fresh air and 75
o sunshine stepping right along and breathing deeply, being thankful for those things. I wish those things for you. I will be thinking about you and praying for you.
