I hope she gets better quickly. I've done that some thing a couple of times, but not lately. I think it would kill me now that I'm no long young. I really watch where I plant my feet when walking these days. I just got through doing a couple of miles through the woods and park and found a few slippery spots of stubborn ice and also slick mud.

It is worth seeking the medical expenses! Other than that it is a tall order to sue the city! I think a tort claim has to be filed in a given period for it to be even considered! I hope she mends quickly! sam
