I see the banks do some major violation on a daily basis, since I work
within that industry, however, most people dont have enough money to even file a case against their respective banks, and so it continues to happen every time the bank can get away with it, which is much more yes then no. Very sad situation for millions of families

That is awful!!! and Naut is right... If the banks don't step up to the plate as they should the government should... not that I am holding my breath for that to happen.  Have a wonderful Valentines darling though I have a feeling that everyday is a "celebrate love" day for you and your husband.  All my love  xoxoxo

Very disturbing! And if the banks don't settle these cases amicably, the government should pick up the legal costs for the service personnel's class action suit...

Money's the problem.
All these problems -most of humanity's problems  --come down to -MONEY. It's the worst thing people ever invented. It's been so long -how many thousands of years?- that we've based virtually All human activity around this system (no matter WHAT type of society you have-MONEY comes 1st. -or nothing happens ) -that we really don't know how to do anything any other way.

I think it's more like it was identified for them! If they could have got away with it, they surely would have in my humble opinion! But, I am a bit disenchanted for I got caught up in the mess and recovery has been slow! But it is still a recovery! sam

It is to bad when this sort of thing happens. We have been fighting to save our home as well, and we think we will be able to get a loan to pay the 30K owed on a second that they want foreclose on because of a balloon payment we didn't know about, or forgot. Of course by doing this they get a 300K property, and to them that is all it is, a dollar sign. To us though, it is the home where we raised our children, where I carried my bride across the threshold. It is where we have grown comfortable, where we learned to love one another, became friends with our neighbors and became a part of a bigger community... It is all we have.
