Well you hang in there! Get some of your favorite ice cream get into your favorite Pj"s and watch a good movie on DVD and have a good cry! You deserve it! Then next morning you get up, and you goggle who owns that hotel, and go straight to that owner with your concern and I would suggest to use a thank you card, and craft it in a way that he will feel obligated to do something! And get a hold of the BBB, they can help too! good luck! keep us posted! Big hugs!

I am proud of you my friend for not letting go of this situation. It is
just not good enough and if the hotel can't keep soliciting from their hotel then they should refund an unhappy patron.
I would go to the hospital and then send the hospital reports so social security...well copies anyway.
