It seems life has gotten to be too easy around here and folks look for a hand out instead of putting their hands to work! Bring it back indeed! I tell people in my circle that it is not necessary to spend money every day; but they still do! We need some old fashion get down to brass tacks and not worry about getting every gadget that comes along! sam

It had become ridiculous when Gov. steps in to these lengths.
Same in Australia, can't cook anything in one's own kitchen and sell or take to the Church fete.....doesn't pass health inspection standards.....how come I only ever had food poisoning from a restaurant.

Re: can you imagine them telling us we can't grow our own vegetables? i didn't
That kept food on our table last summer and fall, growing herbs, making goodie concoctions and selling at the farmer's market. When this goes into effect I shall not be able to sell or for a matter of a fact who will be able to sell at the market. Maybe the same Latin American farmers who are supplying Wal Mart. I agree with you.

even know about that...glad you told me...now I will grow a HUGE freakin' garden this spring and share it with my neighborhood. Arrest me and I'll make a big PR stink about our retarded government over that one...

I frankly do not care what this government has to say about who I can and can't share my garden with, I do not believe that it is the governments job to be charitable...it is ours, we the people. If they want to fine me I wont pay, if they want to jail me, then jail me. I will do what I like with what is mine...good post, got my dander up.
