Absolutely.  I think that there was a better class of celebrity back then...  it all went downhill somewhere in the 70s

I was of the Elvis and Beatles era, but I always like OLd Blue Eyes. I spend time now listening to the new Frank...you know that Bubble guy.

Well you did know what they were singing Lion and some of those older songs are still worth listening to when a lot will just fade away

no one will ever replace the likes of Frank and Bing..and Nat King Cole comes to mind....velvet voices is very true.....
