- Go to Some European Politicians Are Waking Up…
Violence under the auspices of peace will never work! I just wonder if enough people will awaken to see it! Shelly

I know this is a problem in Europe as a whole; a lot has been said and nothing's being done....Mal

Muslims that I know personally, that I have worked with or live near, are not interested in seriously examining their beliefs or discarding any elements of it. It is offensive to them to even discuss such a thing. I can understand that as I would not wish to discard any of my beliefs about God and The Bible. Give and take, and compromise, have never been popular where religion is concerned, and conversions seem few and far between.

Kabu is right... ( gawd she is ALWAYS right loll) I also believe no one wants to hear and that is why they don't... PEople like Wilders and Merkel are courageous in speaking out but I suspect many others know what they are saying and do not verbalize it for fear either of starting something or ending it... Oh and the fact that the Muslim community is part of the problem if not the problem itself is , I think, self evident. You are right Naut, unless they come out and repudiate violence and extremism they can not be part of the solution... but hey... you know and I know that is not going to happen anytime soon.
BTW I do live in Miami Beach. One of my daughters, married with three beautiful babies, lives in Englewood NJ, and another one in Denver with 2 ... so I am there visiting them all the time. That is how come I write so much of snow... I've seen and still see plenty of it loll It never ceases to seduce me :-) Be well xoxoxo
