I really loathe those forwards that promise nice things if you forward

LOL - and you could have added that keeping all our feelings inside just to enable others around us to feel good is a recipe for disaster...a one way trip to a little room where we'll be allowed to knock our heads on the wall as many times an hour as we wish!
