I feel so sorry for you right now.  I surely do hope you get everything soon and in mint condition.  Thank you for the beautiful postcard.  It has been a long time since I have walked in a flower-filled mountain meadow.  You gave me something new to Google.  I feel it necessary to find out why the mountain lupins of NZ have a harmful effect on NZ's natural environment.  You wouldn't think that would be true of anything so pretty.

Here's what you do...start tweeting about the bad service and loss of bags with hashtag #Delta.  Powers that be monitor twitter and act quickly.  Helped another friend of mine with another corporate problem!  I hope you have this rectified soon, Ciel.....Mal
