Bob --- regarding Pictures...(see comment below)
Oh how fun this one was Bob ~ yes hanging wallpaper can certainly give us a challenge.
For your question that you asked me on my blog, I will put the message I gave here to CheeryGirl on one of my blogs and please, if you have another question after reading this, don't hesitate to ask. Elyse 
"Cheerygirl - Dear one that you are...I hope I can help - I'm not a 'teacher' but I will try to explain...
First, I have a site that manages my photos --- and I would imagine that is important.
I use Photobucket (there are a few sites like this)
and I pay for this service --- not much but, just so you know.
Second, Now, I upload my photos to windows live photo gallery or a windows operation.
then I have to upload my photos to photobucket from there...
Okay I hope I haven't lost you...
Next, once uploaded to Photobucket, it gives you an assortment of links to put your photo onto any site... twitter, my face or whatever that site is...but, you must learn which link to use...
When you've copied that link from your photobucket or whatever site you use...you then place on your blog note by:
having your blog note open and hit the little box there (up in all that clutter of options to the top of your blog entry) and hit the one that says "insert photo" and there --- there you will insert your link from your photo option.
OH I DO HOPE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND MY Offering here...because as I say, I'm not a teacher --- but I do like to share ~
