Thank you so much, the thought of bereaved people had not occurred to me but I can see what you mean.  This was actually inspired by a painting of the same name by Leonid Afremov (my favourite artist)

I think this happens to many people who are bereaved. They see a figure in the distance and are convinced it's the loved one, despite knowing that they have died. But in your poem, the loved one is very much alive and the love is there for all to see. lovely poem, Lionreign.
