Breathe
Amen and Om! A fine poem about one way to put things back in focus. For what it's worth, let me share with you the imaging technique of, "square breathing", in case you're not familiar with it. As you inhale, picture a dot moving up the left side of an imagined square, let it go across the top, and then, as you exhale, let it drop down the right side. It then drifts back left to begin again. I like to add color to it: blue turns to white on the inhale (relief/new air) and white to brown in the exhale(stress/expelled "used" air).

Breathe
I enjoyed this poem very much, as I read it I found myself doing what it said, a most calming effect.

This is so in line with Eckert Tolle that Adnohr was speaking of in her blog today! It is amazing for if we practice it our lives would be different in a great way! Awesome imagery! sam

taking deep breaths, gives you time to stop and think, clears the air, relaxes the tension,
just don't do it for more than 2 minutes, you just might pass out or feel light headed

lionreign, taking deep breaths is definitely a stress reliever....
even Dr. Oz over here (tv program) confirmed it....also couldn't help thinking of Shania Twain's song "Breathe"..
