LOl - I did the 'literally sucking snow' thing too, Naut, when I tried downhill skiing. I decided to play hockey instead. When I put down hardwood floors, someone gave me 2 x 4 booties for my doggies too. HA! Try putting boots on pitbulls!! They are brand new, of course. Will send them along to you with pleasure. Maybe Jag would like a change of footwear now and then...it's all about image, you know!

I think Jag and you got a lot in common Naut (most probably trained by you for not liking socks) ..laughed at the whole scenario..and I do believe he is the "boss" not the other way round. Glad you liked the poem - it was taken at Niagara Falls.

Oh Naut, I do love the idea of booties or ballet slippers or what have you ~ yes, I think it a must in your 'snow' and so sorry you're having a bout of it...But lovin' the whole idea of how he , JAG, let's you know when he needs things, 'fixed' ~

You know since our recent sudden little 2 incher here (which is already thawed and just about gone) I had to pull out my vintage, LLBEAN macho gal boots --- and talk about a different feel with bare feet and all ~

Besides Jag is a big masculine full size poodle...which are really just big kids anyway. They are sweet and playful and love everyone. At least the ones I encountered. My mother used to breed the downsized ones....they were pretty angry about being downsized and they took it out on the entire human race. Actually they took it out on anything else that breathed.
