Re: from what i was told by my daughter
That is enlightening, I knew it had something to do with that but they probably dont know what fornication is either

from what i was told by my daughter
that word has become part of the everyday language of the younger generation, i wonder if they even know what it means? I mean besides the foul meaning, if u look it up it began back in the Biblical days, or maybe even before, when kings ordered "FORNICATION UNDER THE COMMAND OF KINGS" IN ORDER TO BUILD THE FUTURE ARMIES UP . of course, they probably don't know that, or even care.

Unfortunately they think it is hip to use these languages - I don't think they much care for the word "respect".

I am sorry this is a part of normal language. xoxoxo

I've been amazed by some of the things that I have read and heard. Some people can't go a sentence without using it.

This is surly an ugly representation of our language, but I'm sure they meant no disrespect to you, they most likely didn't even notice you, the disrespect would have come if you would have confronted them.

I feel that any kind of profanity is disrespectful.

I'm sure where they are growing up doesn't help. Some might talk that way because of friends. I don't like to hear bad language. It's sad when young people don't see a problem with it.

Quite frankly, I don't think they care! It has become everyday language to some but they do not realize how bad it makes them look as well! sam
