and it sounds like you're making some of your own luck. Way to go, Bel! I've been hoping your daughter's doing well these days, and it's great she's got a drivers license to think about. Hugs to you & yours... {{{

Keep going darling...the first weekis the worst and then it is just a case
of telling yourself no. I am five years now and I feel years younger than I did before I gave up. Breathing real air is good....and you may get cold or flu type symptoms while the body gets rid of toxins.

Good show! Its way to early for congratulations, but you certainly have my best wishes for success. When I quit years ago (I did go cold turkey) it took me about six months to get completely over it. But it was hugely worth it.
And you'll find that not only can you breathe more easily, but your food will taste better! Here's a little trick that worked for me: when the urge gets really strong, drink a glass of grapefruit juice. Not orange or whatever else, but grapefruit, preferably the kind not made from concentrate...
