what you were having is known as an Oobe, or oboe, out of body experience. I can blog about this on cool things from Jesse_jean, that way it might describe your feeling also and see if that is what you were feeling, don't worry if you have these, you usually are just taking a soul journey and will return to your body. it depends on if you believe that the soul and the body can be seperated, etc. a lot of out of body experiences have been written about by authors such as Edgar Cayce, Slyvia Brown, Dick Sutphen, Jess Stearn, Taylor Swift, ( I think that is her last name} and John Edwards. Try reading some of them, it might help you understand a little better what you went thru.
