I guess no matter where we live, at least in North America, people are doing pretty much the same thing on the roads. I like this post - it painted a picture of less hurried times. It's nice to stop for a moment and look back.

I went to Google Earth and 'flew' over 922 Holyoake. Unfortunately there's no street view of the house, but one still gets an idea of it...

Sometimes I gaze at busy places, young people envolved in frantic lives
with hands grasping for the latest gagets and gizmos and I think back to life that was here before, how unaware are souls of the work and struggle of our ancestors to create a world for us all........freedom ....
