Surely you would find a quiet corner of a library easily enough?  As you say, Pat - what's in an 'a' - unless you stick your tongue out at the Doctor's that is.

And also...
I too am sick and tired of this jihad business already, and we're still only at the very beginning...

Pat
I too got a charge out of your version of the rat's rear end, LOL! And Holyoke reminds me of holy yoke, as in holy matrimony, aka ball and chain...

I just love you....I am sure you aren't even trying to make me laugh but I

cannot read such gems as....."a rat's fuzzy behind." without exploding. You are Priceless and I can just see all of you staggering out of the bar....the local headlines!!!!!!! Oh dear. LOL

I am glad that you are somewhat better.

Glad you're feeling better!

For such emergencies as you described, I keep a reasonably-sized plastic pail in the bathroom, that all exits may be covered.  It reduces clean-up considerably.

It doesn't take much to sidetrack me from reading blog posts.  You sent me off to see the Historic Leclaire site and I had fun reading about the man on Holyoake Street that designed and built furniture to fit into the corners of his octagon-shaped living room and the man down the street who kept a cot in his work room above his garage for hobos to stay the night.
