Thanks for the read. This is a wonderful sounding recipe. I want to copy it and make it when I have new fresh basil. It is truly one of my favorite herbs. With or without resolutions jus have a wonderful 2011.

As far as the commitment to post and blog more, I see that as a goal. I like goal setting as opposed to resolution; goals can be long and short term or even adjusted while resolution is too DAMED fixed! lol Shelly

I wonder if feta would work...
It's the only goat cheese I actually like.
Some of us find our commitment strengthened by the stating of a resolution. Some of us resist authority in any form.

I always buy a box of Godiva on sale after Christmas so that I can start the New Year out treating myself with some wonderful chocolate every single day as I think about whether I will make any resolutions that year......ummmm, with chocolate and caramel melting on my tongue, the concept of giving up or limiting anything just seems kid of.....I don't know.....pointless?

A fascinating recipe. Makes me want to make it right now, but first I have to go to the grocery mart tomorrow. I'm out of just about everything fresh and green.

Maybe it's the delicate state of my digestion, or the fact that
I haven't eaten since Friday and the idea of food -- any food -- is disturbing, but that is the most revolting recipe I have ever read. If I were an editor and you were submitting it to my magazine, I'd send it back with "doesn't meet our needs at this time."

Naut, I have had numerous NYRs that I have broken within the first few days of the NY so I am in total agreement with you..just don't make any if you cannot keep them..lol. Anyway, thank you for the recipe though I have never had Goat cheese - ever! Maybe I shall try it with the other cheese..just maybe. Sounds great though and Happy New Year to you and little Jag and yours.

Keeping those resolutions can be so tough. I do not blame you one bit for not wanting to have a New Year's Resolution. As far as the possibility of you having broken that one, I say your logic makes sense to me.
