God, I'm so sorry for your bout of the runs, Pat. The first thing you'll have to do is buy yourself more pants - and make sure they are very, very handy - oh - and extra toilet rolls.
Ell and I have been almost as bad as that during the holiday but we know it is because of the fine food, the pastas and cheeses we've been eating. Like you I've been hanging over the washbasin at the same time praying that I could be sick, but no luck. If it takes much longer make an appointment with the Doc.

Oh, there was emesis. Often concurrently.
Although I had to Google "emesis." Somehow it's so much more refined than the 4-letter word I would have used.

I hate that sort of thing. Only thing worse is the few times I've had that and emesis at the same time. I sure hope you are all over it.

I know the feeling - although in my case I also knew the cause, and it had nothing to do with the flu, LOL.
However, and in more serious vein, you should not take this lightly and definitely get some medical attention! And I certainly hope this will pass soon, and wish you a Happy New Year...
