It has been a change of life style for us and I do say that now it is
snow and ice outside and no gardening and much less fun to exercise so I know I will slow down on the reduction until summer comes.

What would be good for me to do is to get rid of the two laz-y-boys in my living room and in that area lay down an exercise mat, spend more time on the floor, getting up and down, and doing specially prescribed exercises for golden agers.

I am going to be the first in line for that book!  You are one of the most talented writer's that I have encounters in a long time and I can't wait to see you in my local BN signing those books.

No, it isn't too early to think about new year resolutions, but leave it until next week to put them into action.  For this week/year, take a look at the resolutions from last year that you still have to do.
