I never knew where the tradition of hanging one's stocking up started at, or what it meant... Santa was very generous in filling the three girls socks with gold..

Your postings about Christmas and other holidays always makes me think about my little Czechoslovakian grandmother who came from the "old country" and brought with her the customs and specialties she loved from her "homeland".
