When I was campaign manager for one of Utah's senatorial candidates (he didn't win) I got to know Rob Bishop and found him a very sincere man. My candidate asked him if there was a lot of graph in Washington and he said of course there is some, but not as much as one would think. He said the real problem is the lack of education on the Constitution so I am happy to see that he is doing this. I do worry that Congress has already made themselves powerless when the real power seems to be in the hands of the czars.
