This really affected me - it's very good, and so very sad...Please tell June she really touched a far-away admirer...

It really is something...I felt deep emotion reading this....now anything
that leaves one feeling deeply has tobe special....I think anyway.....and I have had to make up my own ending of a naughty little doggie racing home and not being let out again. Otherwise I just couldn't cope....so yes, this is something.

I have a big problem reading things like this now - and TAPS' comment. A good poem, but it breaks my heart.

I think it's something also. It reminds me of the little white dog my grandchildren found in son's big yard while they were sledding last year. It was frozen to the ground and looked like a pile of dirty snow. Son had to cut some of it's curly hair to get it loose from the ground and to bring it into the warm house.
