A mug of hot chocolate after a brisk walk often perks me up. Hope you feel better soon.

There's nothing wrong with a quiet time - sometimes the batteries just need recharging

Malcom
I love reading about your family. Have a lovely walk. Yes the wonder of the Advant is always great. It is all about Him!

Malcolm
Your posts are always interesting, the fact you have no snow is interesting, and your uplifting words about Advent were helpful as well old chap.

We all have days where we need a little quiet and rest, some of us more
than others.  It's always good when you can allow your body the time it needs.  Very nice post

I hope you and Susan will both feel right as rain tomorrow Malcolm.  Yes, I think you are absolutely right when you say we should all spend quiet time reflecting and praising the Glory of His birth.  Blessings to you and your family.

Sometimes you just need time to recover
Give yourself the time to be quiet and enjoy the real reason for Advent.

I'm doing housework..UGH! But later I'm going to collect some over-due hugs from the little grandsons, and pick up my Christmas trees too - bright spots in the day. Maybe your walk or drive will do the same for you and Susan!

Actually, I'm in a similar mood.
This is a day where less is more.
