- Go to Autumn better late than never.
Perfection is best suited near the warmth of the heater! I keep thinking we are only three months and a few days from the solar warmth of spring! And even sooner if it comes a tad early! Until then we are resigned to be near the heat source! sam

Re: E.E.
It is recommended to mulch leaves separately as they take a long time to break down evergreen or hard leaves are a bit of a pain but ordinary ones I would just dump in a wire surround and let nature take it's course, it all goes back to the earth eventually as a reward. Compost is much sought after here.

We sweepthe path but let the leaves mulch under the snow and then
run the mower over them come late Spring when the grass starts to grow. I do scrape them out of the garden beds in the Spring.

Cc - do you mulch the leaves for your gardens? I have many many to get mulched. the mowers will be here this week to start composting the beds. I decided against flora this year, here in E Texas -

- just can't keep up this year. This poem - green wellingtons and green house --- makes me feel Summer -
