I hope you will keep working on it and not give up until it is just the way you dreamed it would be.

Re: LadybugJudy
Thank you for your encouraging words. I got pretty discouraged yesterday, because the Novel "contest" ended and I didn't get very far. I hope I can continue it.

Re: Elsianfields
I'm sorry about your brother. that is sad. My brother came close to it, but 10 years ago quit drinking and he is doing well now.

Re: dancin grandma
Thank you! It's pretty boring, because it needs a little more conflict. I guess it's in stage 1 now.

Looking at Life...
I think your choice in which to write your book on is a very good one.  Keep working on it don't give up keep praying and God will bless your with more words to write and maybe some ideas in which to help the many homeless living in your town.

I find myself feeling sad when I am not busy either...The theme about the homeless is one that has a lot of potential, I feel.

I always think of the homeless --- we have a few here in this city of course, that I watch for.  I'm glad you're writing of this.  It is quite the dilemma because I know from my own experience that some 'choose' this lifestyle and as you say, due to mental illness or for reasons leading to...I have a brother who chose this lifestyle.  I offered him warmth many a time...home, comfort - health --- but, he chooses to live a life I pray I would not have to live. It saddens me if I think too much on it...  Good note Mariposa and keep busy as your heart wants to.  xoxoxo Elyse

I would also be proud delighted to read your book! I bet it is not as boring as you think. Sometimes we are our own worst critics!

It sounds like a really good book to me and I wouldbe proud to have a book
you wrote...so there....and allfirst drafts are pretty ordinary and it is a big job toturn a first write into a publishable book......much work so don'tbe in a hurry. Keep plodding on and then do a rewrtie and then perhaps get someone else to read it and perhaps work on it a bit and gradually it becomes a novel. I am sorry that you fee ldepressed  wonder if a hug would help.......I'll send one anyway.
